Section 33

SEC. 33. Program II. As soon as feasible, medical care benefits under Program II will be provided either through a social insurance medical care service similar to that of Program I or through the public medical care service under rules and regulations to be promulgated by the Commission. All provisions of this Decree as may be applicable to Program II shall so apply. Those not covered at present by Program I may seek medical attention from existing government hospitals. Program II shall be implemented upon its approval by the President.
