Section 9
SEC. 9. The members of the Board of Trustees shall be entitled to a per diem for every meeting attended subject to pertinent budget laws, rules and regulations on compensation, honoraria and allowances. Provided, that they shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred either in the attendance upon meetings of the Board or upon other official business authorized by the resolution of the Board subject to the aforementioned laws, rules and regulations on compensation.
