SEC. 18. In addition to the present appropriation of the Iloilo Regional School of Fisheries, the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the purposes of this Decree. Thereafter, funds for the maintenance and operation of the Iloilo State College of Fisheries shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Law.
