Section 3

SEC. 3. Penalty. — Any violation of Section 1 of this Decree shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Section 40 (Penalties) of the Securities Act. Any provision of law, executive order, rule or regulation in conflict with, or contrary to, this Decree is hereby repealed or modified accordingly. This Decree is hereby made a part of the laws of the land and shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
