Preamble
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tawi-Tawi has felt the need to extend the facilities of its housing project to provincial as well as national government employees, former rebels who have returned to the Government fold and citizens who have no homes of their own; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tawi-Tawi is in urgent need of an expansion site of its housing project to accommodate the necessary housing units needed for the purposes for which the housing project was envisioned; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tawi-Tawi deserves the government's attention and support in the form of land grants; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree:
