SEC. 29. Definitions. The following definitions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall govern in the application and construction of this Decree. Commission—The Professional Regulation Commission created under Presidential Decree No. 223 or subsequent decree. Board—The Board of Aeronautical Engineering created under Section three of this Decree; Aircraft—Any contrivance now known or hereafter to be used, invented, or designated for naviation of or flight in the air; Aeronautical engineer—is a bona fide holder of certificate of registration issued by the Board in accordance with this Decree.
