SEC. 2. Section 14 shall read as follows: "SEC. 14. The Ministry of Agriculture shall establish regional offices on a ministry-wide basis and in accordance with Article I, Chapter III, Part II of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, as amended. Each of these regional offices shall be headed by a Regional Director who shall be assisted by two Assistant Regional Directors, one for livestock production and the other one for crop production. The regional offices of the Bureau of Forest Development, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and the Bureau of Lands shall be established in accordance with Article I, Chapter III, Part II of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, as amended, and with Letter of Implementation No. 9. The Bureau of Mines shall establish its regional offices in accordance with its requirements, subject to the approval of the President upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources."
