SEC. 2. The following definitions shall be included in Section 3 of Presidential Decree No. 681: "SEC. 3. DEFINITIONS.—x x x x x x x x "NFAC" shall mean the National Food and Agriculture Council. "Farmers" shall mean persons actively engaged in agriculture, forestry, or fishing." "SEC. 3. DEFINITIONS.—x x x x x x x x "Association" shall mean an organization of farmers duly registered under the provisions of this Decree. x x x x "Service" shall mean services provided by the association, including the providing of any auxiliary or related services."
