ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.

Section 20

SEC. 20. ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.—The articles of incorporation shall recite that they are executed pursuant to this Decree and shall state: the name of the association; the address of its principal office; the names and addresses of the incorporators; the names and addresses of its original directors who shall constitute the board until the first election of the board by the members. Such articles shall be signed by each incorporator and acknowledged by at least two of the incorporators. such other provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the association.
