Section 1

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Republic Act No. 2087 is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. The widow of any former President of the Philippines shall be entitled to a life pension, tax free, of ninety six thousand pesos annually, payable at the rate of eight thousand pesos: monthly, if such President was not removed by impeachment: Provided, That if such widow of any President re-marries she shall lose the benefits of this Act."
