SECTION 1. Section 8 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 20 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 8. Convening of the Sangguniang Pampook.—The Sangguniang Pampook shall initially convene upon call of the President (Prime Minister) on such a date as he may deem proper and expedient."
