Obstruction.

Section 22

SEC. 22. Obstruction.—A person who willfully obstructs or hinders the proper exercise of the Tanod-bayan's functions or who willfully misleads or attempts to mislead the Tanodbayan in his inquiries, shall be fined not more than P5,000.00.
