SECTION 1. Section 6, sub-section a. Presidential Decree No. 1264, is hereby amended to read as follows: "a. The term of office of all members of the Board shall be four years, including those appointed by the President of the Philippines, renewable at the pleasure of the appointing power or elective bodies."
