Section 10

SEC. 10. Section 69 of Presidential Decree No. 463 is hereby amended to read, as follows: "SEC. 69. Maximum Area of Quarry License or Permit.—Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14 hereof, a quarry license or permit shall cover any area of not more than one hundred (100) hectares in any one province and not more than one thousand (1,000) hectares in the entire Philippines."
