Effectivity.

Section 33

SEC. 33. Effectivity. — This Decree shall take effect upon approval, except; that the Minister of Finance upon recommendation of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue shall promulgate rules and regulations to implement the transitional effectivity of Section 27, Section 28 and Section 29 of this Act.
