Preamble
WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 1578, dated June 11, 1978, provides for the grant of Emergency allowance for certain personnel of the National Museum to augment their salaries and to improve their capability and performance; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Section 1 of Presidential Decree No. 1578, for the purpose of including in the list of personnel specified therein other personnel of the National Museum who should also be granted emergency allowance, and to amend Section 2 of the aforesaid Decree for the purpose of strengthening the funding provision of this measure; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decrees:
