Section 14

SECTION 14. Appropriations — The amount of Fifty Million Pesos (P50,000.00) is hereby set aside and appropriated out of the Energy Special Fund created under Sec. 8(j) of Rep. Act No. 6173, as amended, to provide for the initial funding requirements of the Authority for 1980. Thereafter, the appropriation of the Authority shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
