Meetings.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Meetings.—The Authority and the Boards of the implementing agencies shall meet as often as is necessary but not less than once a quarter. Special meetings may be called by the respective Chairmen. The presence of the majority of the members of the Authority or the Boards of the implementing agencies shall constitute a quorum.
