SEC. 2. Section 3 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 3. Place of business. — The Central Bank shall have its principal place of business in Metropolitan Manila but may have such branches, agencies and correspondents in other places as are necessary for the proper conduct of its business."
