SEC. 16. There shall be an Advisory Council for each college of the University to be headed by the college head, and whose members shall be drawn from the faculty and administrative staff of the college appointed by the Board upon the recommendation of the President of the University. The Advisory Council shall provide advice and counsel to the College head in matters concerning the general affairs of the college.
