SECTION 19 Incentive Pay — All officers and
personnel of the NACIDA shall be entitled to an incentive pay equivalent to one
month salary for every year of meritorious servi.ce rendered. Provided,
however, that an equivalent proportional fraction thereof shall be allowed
for all those who have rendered less than one year of meritorious
service.
