Creation of a Department of Tourism.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Creation of a Department of Tourism. — There is hereby created a Department of Tourism, hereinafter referred to as the Department, which shall be the primary policy, planning, programming, coordinating and administrative entity of the executive branch of Government in the development of the tourist industry, both domestic and international.
