Section 2

SEC. 2. The provisions of this Decree shall be implemented at the same time, in the same manner and to the same extent as the original provisions of Section 42 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129. Done in the City of Manila this 31st day of May in the Year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty four.
