SEC. 12. Section 203 of this Code, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "Sec. 203. Percentage tax upon proprietors or operators of rope factories, sugar centrals and mills, coconut oil mills, cassava mills, and desiccated coconut factories.—Proprietors or operators of rope factories, sugar centrals and mills, coconut oil mills, cassava mills.
