SEC. 18. Section 209 of this Code, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "Sec. 209. Percentage tux on dealers in securities; lending investors —Dealers in securities and lending investors shall pay a tax equivalent to six (6%) per centum of their gross income.
