SEC. 2. Sections 2 to 12 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 132 are hereby made applicable to the abovementioned projects. In addition, the Minister of Public Works and Highways shall, in coordination with the Minister of the Budget, render year-end reports to the President of the Philippines on the sums actually reappropriated, released, and expended during the year under consideration.
