Effectivity.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Effectivity.— The provisions of this Decree shall take effect on January 1, 1986, except the sales tax on second sale, the allotments of cities, municipalities and the incentive allotment for revenue personnel which shall take effect on November 1, 1985. DONE in the City of Manila, on this 31st day of October, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five.
