SECTION 1. Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Seven Hundred and Thirty is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. Lands acquired under the provisions of this Act shall not be subject to any restrictions against encumbrance or alienation before and after the issuance of the patents thereon.
