SEC. 2. Composition. The Commission shall be composed of the following: A. From the Government Sector - 1. Vice President of the Philippines - Chairman 2. Prime Minister - Vice Chairman 3. Minister of Justice - Member 4. Minister of National Defense - Member 5. Minister of Cultural Minorities - Member 6. Minister for Foreign Affairs - Member B. From the Private Sector – 7. President, Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Member 8. President, Civil Liberties Union of the Philippines - Member 9. President, Trade Union Congress of the Philippines - Member 10. President, Federation of Free Farmers - Member 11. President, Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines - Member 12. President, Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines - Member 13.
