Section 1

SECTION 1. To provide for the effectivity of the rules and regulations to be issued by the Department of Tourism, a new section to be known as Section 4-A is hereby added, which shall read as follows: "SEC 4-A. The rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Tourism pursuant to the authority granted in this Decree shall take effect thirty (30) days after their publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation."
