SEC. 4. The Veterans' Hospital shall be headed by a
Director who shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines. The
members of the staff and other employees shall be appointed by the
Secretary of Health upon recommendation by the Director of the Veterans'
Hospital.
The Field Hospitals shall each be headed by a Chief of
Hospital appointed by the Secretary of Health in accordance with law.
