Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby created an individual decoration to be known as the "Kagitingan sa Barangay" and the "Barangay Presidential Unit Citation Badge," to be awarded to individual members and/or units of the ICHDF and other civilian officials who have rendered conspicuous service in the restoration of peace and order in the country.
