SEC. 2. The sums of one million pesos (P1,000,000) for the period from December 1, 1973 to June 30, 1974 and one and a half million pesos (P1,500,000) for every fiscal year thereafter are hereby appropriated from the general fund in the National Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to finance the operations of the Board and the implementation of the career executive service program. This Decree takes effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
