SECTION 1. Section 3 of Presidential Decree No. 306 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 3. The Veterans' Hospital shall be directly under the administrative supervision and control of the Department of Health and as such shall not be subject to the supervision and/or control of any regional office of said Department.
