Section 2 of Republic Act No. 4073, otherwise known as "An Act Further Liberalizing the Treatment of Leprosy by Amending and Repealing Certain Sections of the Revised Administrative Code," is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sections one thousand sixty to one thousand seventy-one, inclusive, of the same Code, as amended, are hereby repealed, except Section one thousand sixty-six: Provided, however, That the administrative control over the Culion reservation, including the lands, waters, forest and forest products within the reservation, shall be exercised by the Secretary of Health through the Chief of the Culion Sanitarium."
