Appeal from the Order or Decision of the Regional Director.

Section 50

SEC. 50. Appeal from the Order or Decision of the Regional Director. — An appeal shall lie from an order or decision of the Regional Director to the Director within the same period prescribed in Section 50 hereof, unless a motion for reconsideration is filed within a like period, in which case an appeal shall be made within thirty (30) days from the receipt by the aggrieved party of the order disposing of the motion for reconsideration. The notice of appeal may be delivered or sent to the Regional Director or the Director. In case the notice is sent directly to the Director, a copy of the same shall be furnished the Regional Director, who shall forthwith transmit all the records of the case to the Director.
