Appeal from the Order/Decision of the Department Head.

Section 66

SEC. 66. Appeal from the Order/Decision of the Department Head. — The party not satisfied with the order or decision of the Department Head may take the matter to the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, as the case may be, in a proper proceeding, within thirty (30) days from receipt of such order or decision. Only questions of law may be brought before the Supreme Court. Findings of facts of the Director, when affirmed by the Department Head, shall be final and conclusive.
