Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (P9,000) is hereby appropriated from the National Treasury which may be taken from the unexpected appropriations or earnings in the Special Fund of the Bureau of Mines. Thereafter, the said amount shall be included in the General Appropriations Decree of the Bureau of Mines.
