Transitory Provision.

Section 8

SEC. 8. Transitory Provision. — Upon the organization of the juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, the Supreme Court shall cause all cases and proceedings pending before any court properly cognizable by the courts herein created to be transferred thereto.
