Section 11

SEC. 11. Effectivity. — This Decree is hereby made a part of the laws of the land and shall take effect upon its approval. Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
