Section 1
SECTION 1. Section 1 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. Any provision of existing law, executive or administrative order, or rule or regulation to the contrary notwithstanding, the importation, free from customs duties, of kerosene, diesels, liquefied petroleum gas, fuel oil, aviation-turbo fuel, aviation gas, and other processed products as may be determined by the President upon certification of the Philippine National Oil Company by persons or entities duly authorized by the Oil Industry Commission shall be allowed until 30 June 1974 unless sooner terminated by the President."
