Creation of the Philippine Racing Commission.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Creation of the Philippine Racing Commission. — For the purpose of carrying out the above declared policy, there is hereby created a Philippine Racing Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, which shall be directly under the administrative supervision of the Office of the President of the Philippines.
