Repealing Clause.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Repealing Clause. — The provisions of Republic Act No. 309, as amended, and all other acts, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby either repealed or modified accordingly.
