Section 10

SEC. 10. If any provision or provisions, part or parts of this Decree is declared unconstitutional, such declaration shall not invalidate the other provisions hereof. This Decree shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila, this 28th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
