Section 11

SEC. 11. Section 11 thereof is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 11. Audit. — The Chairman of the Commission on Audit shall be the ex officio auditor of the System. The provisions of Section five hundred eighty-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Section one of Republic Act Numbered 2266 and Republic Act Numbered 2716 and further amended by Presidential Decrees Numbered 61, 111 and 111-A, shall apply to the Office of the Representative of the Commission on Audit in the System."
