Effectivity.

Section 24

SEC. 24. Effectivity. — This Decree shall take effect upon its approval. All laws, acts, decrees, executive orders, proclamations and/or administrative regulations, or part or parts thereof which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.
