Section 15

SEC. 15. Auditor. — The Auditor General shall be the ex officio auditor of the Fisheries Industry Development Council and the Bureau of Fisheries. The provisions of Sec. 584 of the Revised Administrative Code as amended by Republic Act 2266 shall, except as hereinafter provided, apply to the office of the representative of the Auditor General in the Council and the Bureau. The necessary appropriations to cover the expenses for the maintenance and operation of the office of said representative shall be paid out of the income of the Bureau of Fisheries under the receipts automatically appropriated fund and/or any other income accruing from funds provided in this Decree.
