Occupational Diseases and Periodic Medical Examinations.

Article 197

ART. 197. Occupational Diseases and Periodic Medical Examinations. — The Commission may by regulation provide for a schedule of occupational diseases which are peculiar to or characteristic of particular processes, trades, or occupations. For this purpose, it may require pre-employment examination and periodic .medical examination during employment for the early detection of occupational hazards and diseases, and to take such other measures as may be necessary.
