Exclusions.

Article 243

ART. 243. Exclusions. — The benefits granted under this Title shall not cover any expense for: Cosmetic surgery or treatment. Dental service except major dental surgery or operation which needs hospitalization. Optometric service or surgery. (d) Services related to the case of psychiatric illness or of diseases traceable to such illness.
