Quarry Fee and Royalty.

Section 73

SEC. 73. Quarry Fee and Royalty. - A permittee or licensee shall pay during the term of his permit or license a quarry fee of fifty pesos (P50.00) per hectare. The licensee or permittee shall also pay to the Government a royalty of two per centum (2%) of the actual market value of the gross output of the quarry resources extracted from the area of his permit or license.
